Order id - [protected] I ordered a printer from paytm website worth rs. 18, 048 and there was a cashback of rs. 4475 with promocode lit25. It has been 17 days from the date i received the product but not received the cashback and after contacting paytm customer care several times, there is no proper reply from their side and the agents there have no information and are not willing to help.
