Dear i have purchase one laptop against order no. [protected] and same has been delivered to me vice invoice no. 29a[protected] dt 07/10/2017. As per term of price quoted, there was cash back of rs. 6, 000/- to be credited in my paytm account within 24 hours. But i am still waiting for cash back in my paytm account. Please refund my amount 300 amount reduce but ticket not book.

I'm not getting refunded for any of the failed transactions. This has happened several times and is becoming a huge problem now.
My password is forgotten when I'm calling to customer care number it's is not responding please reset my password or transfer amount to another account
