Paytm Mobile Solutions — cesc electricity bill payment order processing

The order number is [protected]. I paid my electricity bill of 1390 rs on 11th november morning. Today is 13th november the order is still showing processing and the money has been deducted. This issue has not been resolved 4-5 complaint submission in [protected]@paytm.com. I need my money back as soon as possible. I have attached the screenshot of this problem. After 4-5 complaints no reply from paytm. Order is not processed and money is deducted 2 days earlier. So, now where is my money? When my issue will be resolved??

I have paid the cesc electricity bill of rupees 1390 on 11th november morning. But the order was on process till today 13th november afternoon. Then i got a message from paytm that the order has been cancelled and the money has been refunded. But i didn't got the money till now. My paytm wallet is 0. And my bank account has not been transacted with the refunded money. Please resolve my issue. This is harassment.
