Paytm Mobile Solutions — changing password

I have forgotten the Paytm account password, when I try forgot password the call is not going, it gives line is busy all the time. If I call from another number it gives resetting password for that number and not to the registered number to Paytm. What I have to do? Is there any other way to set the password? Why does it logs out the account after some days?
