Paytm Mobile Solutions — chargeback

I am vijay munde i am live in pune maharashtra i am user paytm payment bank since 1 year I constantly use any transaction paytm.. recently[protected] i sent money phone pe use ..sumeet babanagre the amount of money 500 ..There is note at transaction successful ...but Money debited didn't get to the receiver.. so may saicere request into this matter...
