I completed my kyc registration last week. As per the paytm norms kyc registration is completely free. But the shopkeeper charged from me. The same i complained to the paytm customer care but i got a reply that, i can ask the refund from the same shopkeeper. Do you guys think that if i go and ask they will return me the money? If customer can solve the problems by themselves then what is the need for customer care?
I need a proper solution for this.
