Paytm Mobile Solutions — charging to wrong mob.no | |||||
Recently i had very strange experience with paytm wallet, when it was used for recharging of prepaid mobile. I had requested for recharge of my mob. No. [protected] for rs. 398/- however after transaction, it was credited to mob. No.[protected]. Sice, i thought i might have a mistake in entering mob no, i attempted again carefully rechecking mob. No entered, however, it was again credited to wrong number. In the process, i have lost rs.796/- for no fault of mine. Pay tm should give me refund immediately as it is mainly due to faulty service Was this information helpful? | |||||
