Paytm Mobile Solutions — Complaint against paytm and complaint desk (Doing froid by mutual understanding)

I received a call by paytm ([protected]). And that caller not solve my problems but creat other problems. He says i required your mob. No and password of paytm. After that he required my atm card no, exp. Date, cvv no.
It's totally unethical. It means paytm want to do froid to the customer. I all ready provided all documents in the mail.
