This is regarding issues with the return of my order number [protected] of Redmi note 7s- 32gb-sapphire blue. My main issue is that I ordered a black colored phone and I remember it very clearly. However, I received a sapphire blue colored phone and to my shock, my order history was also faltered with by that time and it was sapphire blue in the orders as well. Next, I called customer care and registered my grievance. The customer care told me that it was returnable and I should register a return request from my side on 8th August 2019. Thinking that the blue-colored phone will be returned, I ordered for myself a black color phone spending another set of 10, 500 INR.
After that, I was waiting for pick up of my return of the old order of sapphire blue phone which again I should mention that, was a faltered-with order. I got another shock on 13th August when I got the message that the product was not returnable.
This is nothing, but a gross violation of my consumer rights. This has not just cost me economically but has caused harassment to me. I'm writing this to you to arrange a refund of my order number as mentioned above as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll be compelled to file a consumer complaint against Paytm for insufficiency of services and consumer harassment. I request you as well as insist you take immediate action on my concern.
