Paytm Mobile Solutions — customer care executive unpleasant and half knowledge | |||
I have business account in paytm by number [protected]. I complaint for times that i'm not able to accept payments. They suggest me to do payment in half-half. Then i called them that my payment has been charged 1.99% + pst they said that will charge so i told to deactivate my account. They said will arrange call. Then i made transaction after a month they said then it will go to directly business account then i called them to hold payment and let me know if i told them to deactivate my account then why its not deactivated till now. They said will arrange call but no call received and they cut the charges for their own mistake. And then i called and tell everything they said we can't help you for this charges will cut. This is how they make us irritate from past many months and i'm mentally stressed because of this. I really want people to help me out for this you can call us at [protected]. Received 2 missed calls just for a single bell and disconnect from there end from Paytm then received text that unable to reach you share your docs on given number. Im texting them but no response is there till now.
