Worst!!! Pathetic support!!! Paytm support is the worst compared to any other. No matter what's the issue. They simply keep transferring the calls. One of their agents asked me to write a mail.. Since calling would be of no use. I wrote a mail... They didn't even reply to that. They keep telling me to wait for 48hrs but it's been more than 2 weeks. I got my pan and aadhaar registered as per the guidelines but still they have not upgraded my wallet. After 10 unsuccessful attempts at calling the customer All they say is that there has been some technical issues and ask me. To wait 48hrs. After which they send the same email they had sent the first time i had contacted them Was this information helpful? | |
