Paytm Mobile Solutions — Damaged phone

I had ordered an iphone through paytm and i received a damaged phone. Many emails have been sent, contacted the customer care but there seems to be no solution to my problem. Constantly i have been given new timelines without any followups. Please solve my issue. Please find below my following details
