Paytm Mobile Solutions — damaged product and service waste | |||||
I purchased product from paytm with order id [protected] and got damaged product has product comes under replacement policy i contacted them there executive said me some steps to follow which i did later instead it went for refund instead replacement of the product then i asked them replacement and they said me to reject for return and wait for 2 days if the product is in stock we create replacement else u can go for return then i waited for some time cant see any hope of product getting in stock so i asked them to provide refund they said with in 24 hour u get return approval to mail but i dint get anything yet every day i am calling them for return approval they are making me wait for hours together on hold and respond me they raise issue and need to wait over waste service getting to face too much problem from them please help me out Was this information helpful? | |||||
