Paytm Mobile Solutions — Deal amount not refunding | |||||
Last week on 17-june-2017, i have payed my post mobile bill using paytm site and while making the payment i wrongly selected couple of deals worth 93, 920 and unfortunate rs 93, 920 have deducted my credit card. I called the customer care regarding this but they are denying to refund the amount. It is total wrong the paytm has done to me. I have clearly explained them that it was wrongly selected and pleas refund back the amount. Rs 93, 000 is very huge for me and i cannot bare that amount just because of paying the mobile bill, pleas try to understand my situation and pleas refund my money.
