My self gobi I transferred money from my wallet to bank . money not reflected on my bank account but it got dectected from wallet. I tried many times to customer care. No proper response & proper call back

I have a paytm account and if I am clicked the option for the bank account replace to paytm wallet, then I got the error message.
And I have tried many time your customer care no also but all no invalid.
