Paytm Mobile Solutions — deducted money

I transferred money to my bank account and money is deducted from paytm but didnt transfer to my account.. Transaction status is pending but money is deducted... Please help me out of this... And make my refund to my paytm wallet.. I am trying to call customer care but there is no number through which i can directly contact to paytm customer care... Thank you...
