My wallet balance deducted but can't send in bank account i was wait 24hours after i called customer care they said after bank response we will refund amount in wallet before 7 days but can't any amount and response.

after delivery and check these rings
i am not satisfied and ring size also not set
so i request for return
but my request is rejected
i want my money back and i have 15 day period of return
so please help me
