Sir, I purchased a leather jacket from paytm worth 5999/- from paytm. It had 15 days return policy. When the product was delivered to me, I saw that it had a cut on it. So, I opted for returning it. But to my surprise my return got rejected. Now they are saying that send us pics and all then we will do further actions. It is not fair. How can u reject my return request without any notice.
