I ordered a FastTag for a family car on the 16th of March 2024. It's promised delivery date was on the 27th of the same month. It has been a day since the expected delivery date. And I haven't been able to contact them regarding this. I simply want to know when it is actually coming, why is it delayed. But all I got are corporate redirections. It has been frustrating. A company should have a clear customer support that can explain any delays instead of leaving the consumer in the dark. Please look into this.
