Paytm Mobile Solutions — Delay my payment

My paytm registered number 9..768..

I was a bit busy with my work that's why I am late in sending this reply mail.Let me come to my point I pay my credit card bill on the 10th Because my credit card due date on the 11th, The thing is my payment was successful unfortunately when I look at PAYTM application it shows as processing, the same time when I chatted with Paytm they said your payment is successful it will take two days to reflect in your credit card account. Moreover we consider the date on which you made the payment.Meanwhile I have contacted you many times as well as chatted with you through your twitter but it took me a long time to get a reply.Finally on 15th I got a doubt when I checked with HDFC bank and they charged me around Rs 3000 as payment late fee and GST. You need to understand one thing My funds were debited on the 10th and have not been credited to my credit card on the 15th and I have not received my funds https://t.co/0xzepylZb6 many times have I chatted with you? No one is giving me relevant reply from your side, How many times I told you if you delay my payment I will have to pay extra amount to HDFC bank and that amount should be paid by Paytm itself, the details of my chat with you are still there. Even after the 15th I didn't get my money and I didn't get a correct reply from Paytm. so I settled that credit card bill after borrowing money from mY FRIENDS. I thought my money was lost ! after that when I checked in Paytm is there any way get money back because am really tensed ! that time I saw a refund option so I clicked on the refund option.

Even then I got my funds back after 10 days.Those days I couldn't pay much attention even to my work because my money was gone . May be You have no idea how much tension I felt during those times I dont know even whom to ask, PAYTM not giving me proper response, anyway come to the point , I knew that someday you would call me regarding this matter and then at least I wanted you to tell me about my troubles and the stress and tension that I have gone through. It's not like what Paytm did to me, still whenever your executive calls me, I respond correctly. Anyway, it's a pleasure to be able to inform you of these things, one more thing Yesterday your executive told me that this happened because the funds did not go from my account on 10th ! but I will send you the full details on 10th itself the funds debit details from my account.. I will give you back your funds! even though you have troubled me so much! but I will not give you the funds that I gave to HDFC Bank . Because You are the only one who responsible for the HDFC Bank payment delay and I don't have to pay for your mistake. Either I will send you my account details and you can transfer a 3000rupees to my account or I will deduct 3000 rupees From 30000 and transfer the balance 27000 to you. I hope you show at least that much courtesy to a customer who has gone through so much mental trouble because of you, please confirm the same and reply me through the mail
