Paytm Mobile Solutions — delivering damaged and wrong product every time and not accepting the return request

I purchsed certain iteams from paytm mall from my registered mobile no - [protected], [protected]. Order no - [protected], [protected] one item was used nd others were wrong item delivered. Earlier also they did same mistake many times and when i place return request they are just rejecting it. Neither they are responding on helpline no neither replying on complains registered on their site.
