Paytm Mobile Solutions — didn't get my mobile recharge but lost paytm balance | |||||
I had recharged my mobile number but unfortunately, i did it twice. I have got my first recharge but not got my second. I have lost my paytm balance it shows "the order is successful" but i didnot get my balance in my mobile number. I have done my recharges in 13 november 2017. I have talked to my network customer care but they told me that only 1 recharge got successful. My transaction details is given in the photo Was this information helpful? | |||||
