If the recharge fails and amount is deducted, Paytm refunds the entire amount of failed recharge back to your Paytm Wallet within 48 hrs. If you have not paid through Paytm wallet and it has been more than 48 hours since recharge failure, the bank will refund the amount within 1-2 working days in your bank account/card. this is my Ticket # 11965610 : Recharge Failed, 11923852, please my refund immediately back
