Paytm Mobile Solutions — electricity bill payment failed but amount debited from sbi debit card

Today, on 23/02/2019 at evening, while submitting electric bill through wbsedcl official website, an amount of rs 2557.36 /- on pos [protected] at paytm txn# 560065. Has been debited but then it said payment failed.

I have contacted my sbi branch official and he said to file a complaint to paytm too. So here i'm writing this to you.
Please refund the amount
Or inform me
How to get my deducted amount back in my bank a/c?

I transferred the amount of RS 5800 to the wrong user NO.-[protected] from my paytm account NO-[protected] on 22nd feb 2019 timing 18:28 Transaction id is-[protected]
