I got the new product at time but at the time of exchange paytm did fraud with me. The person came for pick my old device said the of my device is different so he can't pick the product. Paytm reject exchange. This was very shocking and horrible for me. I am very disappointed with this behaviour of paytm. Your pick up has been rejected at the time of pickup.
