Hello Sir,
I payed 343.54 rupees for my Facebook paytm wallet the date of 20-Jan-2017, i didn't get what i pay for and didn't get my refund. My order ID 0FB[protected] . I didn't get my refund also please help me. I didn't didn't get any confirmation from paytm i send mail to paytm customer care but no reply from their side i got confirmed a successful payment of 343.54 on paytm and also if it didn't success we will refund your money in case the is cancelled.

I already send mail to paytm customer care before 2 days i didnt get any response from them.Please help me.
