Paytm Mobile Solutions — failed online transaction. | |||
While making payment to prepladder website through paytm wallet, money got deducted from bank account but transaction failed and didn't get the product. It happens lot of times. Causes lot of inconvenience. Kindly help. Order no[protected]. While attempting to make payment i was directed to secure gateway and asked for bank account details to add money to paytm wallet. After going through all steps it showed payment failed and now the money has been deducted from my account but not showing in wallet and i received a mail from paytm about successful payment of money but it's still not showing in my orders or helping me get a refund.
