I've added Rs.500 to my wallet but it is still not added to my account. I've tried reaching customer service on[protected], but they intentionally cut the call when I dial to speak to the service agent. This has happened over 4 times.

I'm recharge the mobile balance 347 and 200 cashback for promocode newdevice apply but no cashback return.
