Paytm Mobile Solutions — fastag is not deactivated

I have ordered a fastag from paytm 29th april 2018 the fastag that was delivered was not working, and despite my weeks of efforts to get a new fastag, i finally decided to deactivate the fastag after two months.

Now paytm has closed my fastag account, but the fastag is still linked to my car number. Because of this i cannot use a new fastag, i purchased from hdfc. I call the paytmfastag customer care every alternate days, and they keep promising that the issue will be solved in next 24 hours.

Paytm fastag has given my lot a headache in delivering, using, and now i want to deactivate. Everything takes more than twenty calls to the pathetic customer care number, and if you are lucky, things might get resolved.
