Paytm Mobile Solutions — faulty/defective item

Sir my registered mobile number on paytm is [protected]. I bought samsung 256gb memory card on 11th january but when i opened it after 12 or 13 days because i was outstation it was just a plastic card not a memory card. It has no circuit on it. When i tried to replace the product paytm said it is not covered with our return policy. I have paid 2000rs for it but i got 600rs cashback after delivery of item.

I have forgotten my password and the registered mobile number is not working.My total money is in paytm.
How can I reset my password now. Can I use my mobile otp or registered mail id to reset my password.If some one logged my account in their device will I lost my account in my device.
