Paytm Mobile Solutions — flagged my account from replacing or returning any further orders | |||
Hello, I have been forcibly blocked from returning or replacing any other product that i would order in future. This happened due to my multiple returns on a particular product as i was not satisfied with the quality of the product that was provided by them. The product which i had ordered did not had the option for "replacement" and thus have to return it and place a new order for the same for 2-3 times. In search of quality i got my account blocked for future use. They expect me to buy the product even though i didn't like it. Now even if i want to buy new products i can't because there is no "replacement" option available for me. Even though i am a regular customer of "paytm" this has been done against my account. I want an immediate action against this so that i will be liable to purchase from paytm. I have attached the screenshot which says the following issue. Moreover there is no perfect customer care number available to complain against such issues and thus have to find "consumer complaints" platform for this.
