Paytm Mobile Solutions — Flight booking failed - refund not received | |||||
I tried to book flight via order no. [protected] - booking failed. I tried again - via order no.[protected] booking failed again. For order [protected] - no refund received yet. For order [protected] - refund was sent to paytm wallet instead of my credit card. There's no option to transfer wallet money it to my credit card account. Wasted 3 hours navigating through paytm customer care's ivr maze. There's no option to talk to a customer care representative regarding flight tickets at all. All other customer care reps refused to talk to m or redirect me to the right person. Sent my compaint using their website "contact us" option - but they never gave me a ticket no. Or acknowledge my communication. Their customer care escalation route involves sending letters (Physical/paper)! Trying to get any kind of help is practically impossible. I don't want to use paytm/wallet ever again - please just refund my money to my credit card so i can move on. Was this information helpful? | |||||
