Paytm Mobile Solutions — flight ticket refund not given despite website showing status as refunded

Dear Sir/Ma'am
I had cancelled my flight ticket (Order No. [protected]) and no refund has been added to my wallet. The status being shown is that flight ticket has been refunded despite no refund.

For the above issue I have tried contacting paytm both through their web site and e-mail and they do not reply. I have not received the refund of my ticket yet.
