Paytm Mobile Solutions — for payment and care department | |||||
Hello i am paytm user and i am using paytm from last 1 year and and in month of feb. 2018 i had done one transaction of rs. 10, 000/- add money to my walet and i cannot able to c that money ion walet. After that i had call to customer care and they guys told me that it will been shown in 48 hours. After waiting for next four days i havent received money ti my walet or to my bank i call again and again they told me the same and i ask his branch name then they told that they will not have policy to provide address and simply give me case no. : which is 03027660 and that time i had word with alok and he told that he has forwarded to his higher management and will clear in 2 days and i will received call. Again i wait for 5 days and after that again they told that it will resolve in 2 days and after that i ask him to transfer call to floor manager and they told to hold on call and approx 50 min. They had put my call in hold than i had simply hung up my call because they are not responding. Here i am attaching screen shot please go through that and doo needful. Its not an small amount it is rs. 10, 000/- which is more then my salary. So its my humble request to take strick action against paytm Was this information helpful? | |||||
