Paytm Mobile Solutions — for the refund

I have paytm account my register mobile no is [protected] and my register mail id is sadik. [protected]@gmail.com i used paytm service by paytm mobile app in irctc for book the ticket. At that time transaction has been filed. But now till money not refund in my a/c
Kindly do the needfull.
