Paytm Mobile Solutions — fraud by paytm, gift voucher bought without consent

I tried to add rs 1000/- from my credit card to my wallet.

However a paytm gift voucher was bought without my consent worth rs 1000/-

I need that money for different purpose, and their helpline numbers are useless

When i enter the transaction id, it says the transaction id is wrong.

I am not interested in a gift voucher and i want the money back.
