Fraud case against Pay TM I have paid my MTNL bill on 1st Feb 2018 via Pay TM, the receiver dint received any money & my phone was disconnected. on the trax details it show paid success but the receiver dint get any amount. and there is no one where i can directly call. kindly sort my matter my phone no is [protected] Details as follows.
