I have done a payment of electricity bill on 24 may 2018 my money has been deducted from my bank account (State bank of india) but my payment got failed. Order no is [protected] and paytm txn #[protected] and pos 80600958 i have done a payment of 5921 rs.
I have contacted paytm customer care but no one is reply me properly. I have open many query many tickets but there is no rply to any of them a proper reply i request you to arrange a call from your side.
I have contacted the sbi customer care they r saying the payment has been send to the paytm.
I have contacted to the mpcz the electricity provider customer care they r saying they have not recived any payment.
It’s a humble request to you please see to this matter as soon as possible as non of you customer care is provided me any type off solution.

It’s a humble request to solve my problem on prior basis.
