Paytm Mobile Solutions — fraudulent transaction on paytm

I would like to inform you that on 19th of august someone has stolen my mobile phone and wallet from my room and then he has made a fraud trasaction of rs 5k for 3 times total rs 15000 he has deducted from my kotak mahindra bank.

I have shared the bank statement in the attch
