Paytm Mobile Solutions — I am unable to access my paytm money account

Hi,
I had created a Uber account on Nov 6, 2016 and recharged the paytm wallet with Rs. 1000. The uber app was installed in an android phone samsung galaxy s4 and had the sim with the mobile no. [protected]. However I had registered the uber account with the following mobile no. [protected]. On Nov 7, when I opened the uber app for booking a cab, I kept receiving error saying that my account has been suspended and was not able to access my account. Now, am not even able to sign into my paytm account with the aforesaid mobile no.

My credit card statement shows a debit of Rs. 1000 on Nov 6, 2016. Transaction ref. No.: 85215226311644959189483

I kindly request you to look into this issue at the earliest ‎and get it resolved. I lost my patience in writing repeated emails to both of the company.
