Paytm Mobile Solutions — I did not receive the product I ordered online by paying the amount. | |||||
Hi sir/ madam, I ordered a Pendrive on Paytm for which I have paid. I placed the order on 24th Jun 2018. They changed the status of the order to delivered on 28th June 2018, even though I did not receive the product. Immediately I contacted them and raised an issue. They have responded with a proof of delivery document which was not signed by me or any of my family members who stay in the address I mentioned in the order. I informed them that the signature does not belong to us, for which they responded saying that they will investigate. I waited for 5 days and asked them about my issue status. They said that they have delivered it already. The Paytm order number is: [protected] and the query reference number that was raised by me on Paytm is: 73398651. Was this information helpful? | |||||
