Paytm Mobile Solutions — I didn't get the amount of selling gold in paytm

I have not got my amount of selling the gold in paytm. I have some amount in my paytm wallet, which i have transfered accindently . And i have to take it back to my account for an urgent transfer. So i seached for a way to get back my money . And i saw in youtube by buying gold and selling it back will geg the amount to my bank account . I tried this because i have not completed my KYC so please help me. And it is the tranfer of amount amount 7338. Please help me or I will lose my home for not paying the amount of my loan . The transaction Id is [protected] and i do have downloadde an invoice file for this transaction which i have compained with this complaint
