Paytm Mobile Solutions — I have books a bus in MSRTC but I didnt get any bus details or driver information

I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to Nizamabad in Paytm but after booking they sent only confirmation sms and I thought of I’ll be getting other sms of bus details and driver Number but I didn’t got any details and I have called to some numbers they have given in first sms they didn’t answered the call . I didn’t know when my bus is and my money is wasted
