Paytm Mobile Solutions — i have paid rs. 5000 to sbi from paytm, but still now amount was not credited

I have paid rs. 5000 to sbi from paytm i got the reference number and transaction id also but not credited to my sbi account. I ask in ask but they are telling we didnt get any details like that.
Kindly help me out.
