Paytm Mobile Solutions — i have transferred the money to the mobile no on which paytm account is not created so when will i get my money back it has been more than 48 h

Sir i have transfferd the amount to the number on which id is not created. The transcation was successful but the id was not created so i wana ask when would i got my money back into my wallet because it is ur poilcy that if the number doesnot get verified than the amount will be returned in 48 hours. I have been constantly mailing u but no reply and whem i enter my transaction id your agents say it is invalid.
