Paytm Mobile Solutions — i m unable to login my paytm account bcoz it is temporary blocked and paytm customer care doesn't reply me

My paytm account is blocked since 5 days and customer care doesn't respond me... I find paytm is doing cheat on me i have 10000 rps/-in my paytm account. I was messaged paytm but they don't reply me as i want and not solved my problem. I need my account bcoz it's urgent for me. If they did any type of fraud with me then i filed police complain against paytm
