Paytm Mobile Solutions — i'm complaining about transaction failed but shopkeeper is stating payment not received | |||
I have purchased mobile from our nearest shop 'shanu communication at trilokpur road, kala amb, himachal pradesh[protected] ph: [protected] & [protected], along with my three more friends, 4 mobiles at a time. Apart from cash payment, we have also made remaining payment through his paytm account - [protected], rupees 4000.00 three times on 11.06.17, total amount= 12000.00 But shopkeeper has refused one transaction (One transaction as failure), means as per his details, he has received 8000.00 only but as per my bank account details, all three transactions were successful. (Attached bank statement & transaction details) I have my bank transaction statement. Please verify the details from your side and instruct the shopkeeper to reimburse my amount, failure of this may cause legal process for the same. Take it seriously to solve the issues.
