Paytm Mobile Solutions — Incorrect deduction - Paytm Fastag

1) I have created a ticket through Paytm help & support for an incorrect deduction that happened for my Paytm Fastag on 1st Jan 2023 around 1:30 AM. The ticket number is [protected]. Paytm team closed the ticket by attaching a different car image and I did not get a refund. when I made a follow-up but no response from the team.
Amount deducted toll Plaza - Krishnagiri Plaza. Krishnagiri

2) Same kind of incident happened today (31st Mar 2023) and the toll plaza's name is Chennasamaduram Toll Plaza, Vellor. i have raised the ticket for this issue, I feel the response is going in the same direction which I was facing earlier. The ticket number is [protected].
