This is Tushar Joshi. I'd placed order on payTM at 06/05/2019. They'd promised me as order will deliver by 08/05/2019. It's 14/05/2019. That's passed 8 days. Still they didn't delivered my order to me. If I call to customer care they are saying we'll resolve your issue but they are not providing any time for that. It's a damn thing by them. They are talking like we're not responsible for your product. If they are not responsible then who will responsible. Until delivering customer product they've to take responsibility of it.We are unable to reach that blue-dart through calls & we're unable to go there due to I don't in which branch office this delivery struck. If I want to cancel the order then also no believe on them that gonna refund my money to me. Then how can I get resolution for this? To whom I've to contact? Everyday I've to contact them & every day they say the same as you've to wait & we're forwarded your concern to our concern team. They says as they can't make me in "cc" for their mails and further action what they are taking. Then how we confirm that there is some work happening or not?
