Dear Sir,

I have tried to book rly ticket in Tatkal on dtd.09/05/2017 from Vadodara to Alwar passenger Name Nayan Nagar my HDFC credit a/c debited by Rs.540.97 but due to non availibility in tatkal kota transaction was declined and same amount debited in my HDFC credit card no.[protected] and amount not credited in my Paytm balance
